FAQ

  • What is a 3-hour hackathon?
A 3-hour hackathon is a short but intense event where people come together to build something cool in a short amount of time. It's a great opportunity to learn new skills, collaborate with others, and have some fun.
  • What should I build?
Anything you want! You can build a website, a game, a mobile app, or anything else you can think of. Just make sure it's Halloween-themed and reasonably scoped for 3 hours!
  • Do I need to know how to code?
Nope! You can demonstrate non-coding projects as well. For example, you can use a no-code tool like Figma or Penpot to design a website!
  • What if I don't have a team?
You can work alone or with a team of any reasonable size. If you don't have a team, simply find one on the spot!
  • What if I don't have an idea?
Feel free to use AI tools like ChatGPT or Bard to generate ideas! Just make sure it matches your costume!
